THE KNMA SYSTEM – STRUCTURED PROGRESS
Every tier follows a 4–6 week coaching cycle built inside the KNMA App calendar:
WEEK 1 – LOCK IN: App orientation, plan setup, photos, lifestyle alignment
WEEKS 2–3 – BUILD PHASE: Daily execution, habit stacking, early feedback
WEEKS 4–5 – PEAK PHASE: Higher intensity, identity coaching, new challenges
WEEK 6 – DELOAD + RESET: Recovery week, progress audit, next cycle strategy
