Return & Exchange Policy

At Kill Negativity Make Advancements BrandCo., we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products that empower and inspire positive change in their lives. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. We've developed this Return Policy to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

Returns Eligibility:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including any return shipping costs.

Incorrect Orders: 

In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. 

We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Conditions for Returns:

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. 

We reserve the right to reject any item that shows to be worn, washed, damaged, or not in its original condition. 

For our security, we have the right to flag any customers for making returns too frequently. 

Final Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. All final sale items are noted as such in the product description. 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@knmabrand.com with a brief description of the issue including your name, mailing address, and customer order number. Put your order number in the subject headline of the email.

  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include any accessories or documents that came with the product.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product for another item from our store, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. We will provide further instructions.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30  days after we receive the returned item.
