Sports Performance Training

Train With Purpose. Perform With Confidence. Advance Without Limits.

At Kill Negativity Make Advancements (KNMA), our Sports Performance Training is built for athletes of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels from youth and developmental athletes to collegiate, professional, and everyday competitors looking to improve performance.

Whether you train with us through online coaching or attend one of our in-person sessions, pop-up trainings, specialty clinics, camps, or performance events across Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Florida, and Houston, our mission stays the same: help athletes move better, get stronger, build confidence, and perform at a higher level.

Our training systems are designed to improve:

  • Strength & Power

  • Speed & Agility

  • Conditioning & Endurance

  • Mobility & Injury Resilience

  • Sport-Specific Performance

  • Confidence, Discipline & Mindset

We work with athletes across multiple sports including basketball, soccer, football, track, and more, while also helping everyday individuals train like athletes through structured performance-based programming. From youth athletes and competitive players to adults preparing for HYROX events, 5Ks, 10Ks, and endurance-based goals, KNMA is built to help every athlete improve performance, conditioning, resilience, and confidence at their level.

Every athlete and individual is different. That’s why KNMA focuses on structured progression, intentional coaching, and real development not random workouts. Whether you're just beginning your athletic journey or preparing for the next level, our goal is to meet you where you are and help you advance.

At KNMA, performance is more than training. It’s about building discipline, resilience, confidence, and a mindset that carries into every area of life.
