THE KNMA SYSTEM – STRUCTURED PROGRESS

Every tier follows a 4–6 week coaching cycle built inside the KNMA App calendar:

WEEK 1 – LOCK IN: App orientation, plan setup, photos, lifestyle alignment

WEEKS 2–3 – BUILD PHASE: Daily execution, habit stacking, early feedback

WEEKS 4–5 – PEAK PHASE: Higher intensity, identity coaching, new challenges

WEEK 6 – DELOAD + RESET: Recovery week, progress audit, next cycle strategy

For the driven client who wants expert programming and structure without 1-on-1 coaching.

    • Inside the KNMA App:

    • Structured 4-week programs assigned to your calendar (ex: Fat Burn • Glute Growth • Athletic Build, plus more goal-based options)

    In-app progress tracking:

    • Progress photos

    • Body stats (weight, waist, hips, etc.)

    • Step tracking (manual or synced device)

    • Habit tracking (general: water, sleep, activity)

    • Weekly group chat accountability messages

    • Monthly KNMA Quote Packs (PDF format or app post)
